What should I send for a quotation?
The architectural drawings if you have them (PDF or DWG), the project location, building type, built-up area and number of floors, and which services you need. A short description is enough to start the conversation.
How long does a design take?
It depends on the size of the building and the services involved. For a typical villa, structural and MEP drawings take a few weeks; larger buildings are scheduled stage by stage. We give you a programme with the fee proposal.
Can we meet at your office?
