How an outsourcing project runs
- Brief and NDA. You share the scope, sample drawings and your standards. We sign your NDA if you have one.
- Pilot package. A small, paid first package (one floor, one system or one sheet set) so you can check quality, communication and turnaround.
- Set-up. We load your templates, title blocks, families and naming rules, and agree the BIM Execution Plan, LOD and exchange dates.
- Production. Work is shared through your CDE or shared folders on a fixed schedule, with a short written progress note at each issue.
- Review and issue. Your team reviews, we close comments, and you issue the drawings under your own name and stamp.
Your standards, your files
We work in the Revit version your project uses and deliver native RVT files as well as DWG, PDF and IFC. We follow your BIM Execution Plan, naming conventions and templates, including ISO 19650-based workflows where your project uses them, and we work only within the folders or common data environment you give us access to.

How do you keep our project data secure?
We sign your NDA, work only within the shared folders or common data environment you give us, and keep project files to the team working on your project. Tell us your data requirements at the start and we'll confirm how we'll meet them.
Which Revit versions and file formats do you deliver?
We work in the Revit version your project uses and deliver native RVT files, plus DWG, PDF and IFC as needed. Navisworks files and clash reports are delivered for coordination work.
Can we start with a small trial?
Yes. Most clients start with a small paid pilot package, such as one floor or one system, so they can judge quality and communication before a larger commitment.
Who is responsible for the design?
For outsourced modelling and drafting, your firm remains the designer of record and issues the drawings. Where you want us to carry out the engineering design itself, we agree that scope and responsibility separately.
How do you price BIM outsourcing?
Per package for defined scopes, monthly for a dedicated team, or hourly for overflow work. Send us sample drawings and the scope and we'll quote.
